Introduction
This purchase is governed by the below standard sales conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. The terms of sale together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. These provisions apply as a binding contract for products/services purchased via www.bugoynesopplesser.no, ordering outside of a booking solution, payment by invoice, and via our partners, etc.
Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Cancellation Period Act and the E-commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. The laws are available at http://www.lovdata.no. The terms of this agreement are not to be understood as any limitation of the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and obligations for the trade.
The conditions apply to products/services purchased from Bugøynes Sjøfront As, hereinafter referred to as "Seller".
Where in these terms and conditions of sale there is a requirement to be in writing, this is fulfilled by using e-mail, SMS, letter or the like.
Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the ordering solution and any separately agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what is separately agreed between the parties takes precedence, as long as it does not conflict with mandatory legislation.
The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.

Buyer is:
The consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer/buyer".
Price
The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner NOK.
The agreed prices are binding for all parties. The seller reserves the right for any typographical errors and typographical errors regarding the price and information about the product/service.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the price as a result of increased costs when purchasing goods and services, increased taxes and fees, market conditions or other circumstances beyond the seller's control.
Agreement conclusion
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller.
The agreement is nevertheless not binding if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.
The seller disclaims responsibility for mistakes made by guests if they have not followed our terms.
Payment
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit card, debit card or VIPPS when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The purchase price is deducted when the order is completed.
In the event of an order outside the seller's booking solution and payment by invoice, an invoice fee of NOK 80 will be added. The payment deadline appears on the invoice.
Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.
You will receive an e-mail when you have completed the order, provided that you have used a correct and valid e-mail address.
The buyer must check the order confirmation so that it is in accordance with the order. The buyer is himself responsible for ensuring that the contract is in accordance with the order.
The seller and our partners are responsible for ensuring that the buyer's login information is not misused, resold to third parties or otherwise distributed without the buyer's consent. The buyer agrees that the seller can send relevant information via the buyer's stated e-mail address.
Delivery
Delivery from the seller to the buyer takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time specified in the order solution in the online store or via another ordering method.
Rental of cabins, saunas and mobile home spaces takes place from the seller's premises in Bugøynes.
Check-in and check-out CABINS: check-in at 15.00 at the earliest. Check out at 12.00 at the latest
Delivery of the cabin key: at the reception in Vestersandveien 3, entrance towards the beach. Outside the reception's opening hours or in case of late arrival, the key can be collected from the mailbox located at the entrance to the reception. Please let us know in case of late arrival.
Cancellation and change
In the case of cancellations less than 48 hours before the booked time, the seller retains the full amount paid.
In case of cancellations more than 48 hours before the booked time, the seller will refund the entire amount paid.
Change of date or number/unit for the stay must be made within 48 hours before arrival.

Complaints, force majeure and other conditions
Any complaints during the stay must be made to the seller on the spot. Contact the seller at the latest when the defect/error is discovered, and at the latest at check-out of the stay.
The seller and partners are not responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, closed facilities or other conditions beyond the seller's control.
The seller reserves the right to mispricing, descriptions of services and technical problems that may arise.
The parties may withdraw from the agreement if the housing unit or other facilities cannot be used due to acts of war, natural disasters, interruptions in the water and electricity supply, and similar events that neither the seller nor the buyer can foresee or influence.
Buyer's responsibility when using the facilities of Bugøynes Sjøfront As
The buyer is obliged to treat the seller's premises, fixtures, equipment and other related matters in such a way that no damage or unnecessary wear and tear occurs. Noise and commotion in the rental units (cabins, sauna, mobile home camp) that are a nuisance to other guests and the local population will be prosecuted. If the prosecution is not upheld, immediate eviction could be carried out. The buyer's paid rental amount is not refunded in such cases.
It must be quiet no later than 11 p.m
In the event of damage and unnecessary wear and tear on the premises, fixtures, equipment and other related items, compensation will be required before departure, possibly invoiced after.
The rental units (cabins, sauna) must only be used by the contracted number of people.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all rental units as well as other buildings belonging to Bugøynes Sjøfront As (toilets, showers, service building, reception and Aurora House). Violations of the smoking ban will be invoiced for the cost this entails, minimum NOK 1500.
Seller's rights in the event of buyer's default
If the buyer does not pay or fulfill the other obligations according to the agreement or the law, and this is not due to the seller or conditions on the seller's side, the seller can, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 9, depending on the circumstances, withhold the goods/service, or demand compensation from the buyer. The seller will also be able, depending on the circumstances, to demand interest in the event of late payment and collection fees.
If the buyer is prevented from fulfilling the purchase on time, the seller must be notified of the obstacle and its effect on the possibility of fulfillment. If the seller does not receive such notification within a reasonable time after the consumer became or should have become aware of the obstacle, the seller can demand compensation for losses that could have been avoided if the seller had received notification in time. See also the provisions in point 7.
Personal information
The controller for collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller, in line with the Personal Data Act, can only obtain and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.
Conflict resolution
Complaints/complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. point 8. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Protection Agency can be reached on phone +47 23 40 06 00.
The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if the buyer wishes to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if the buyer is resident in an EU country. The complaint is submitted to http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
